With a cloud or online CRM you can therefore access the application from any device (desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone) whenever you have an internet connection.

Are there any limitation with the 14 day trial?

No. In the trial period you will have access to the entire CRM just as if you were paying.

Are there different payment plans of the CRM?

Short answer.. No! The CRM is build around simplicity and so is our payment plan. The CRM has no features that requires further upgrades except your use of disk space. What you se is what you get.

Is my data secured when using salesdesk CRM.

Keeping your data secure is one of our primary goals. We are using multiple data centers and run backups every day. Your data is only shared with users you have allowed into your CRM account. Other users of the CRM or third-parti partners of salesdesk will not have access to any of your data.

Can i download an app with salesdesk CRM?

Salesdesk does not have an app you can download. We work with responsive design which means that the online CRM adapts to you device when using it via a browser. You can use salesdesk CRM on any device your like.
